I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with beautiful grounds and friendly staff who were always willing to help. My stay at this hotel was truly incredible! The newly renovated rooms were immaculate and came with so many great facilities. The breakfast was absolutely the best, and having three lovely pools and a swim-up pool bar made my days so much more enjoyable. On the downside, while the service was great overall, I found that one or two areas could improve. Otherwise, it was an amazing experience.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, as it is located in a beautiful garden setting with attentive staff, particularly Gus Rai, who looked after us. The rooms were smaller than expected and had a unique bathroom setup, but they were clean and comfortable. The dining options were delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes, although breakfast was served only until 10 am. While the location was great, being close to attractions, the constant visibility of staff around the patio sometimes detracted from the privacy I hoped for.
